Decided to take a short walk in the vicinity of the school compound during one of the breaks between classes. It's a wonder how much more you appreciate the beauty of your surroundings when you're alone. I should do this more often to discover more of the little-known (or rather rarely noticed) sights this charming city has to offer.


The weather is seriously turning topsy-turvy. It's barely the beginning of autumn but it was so cold that it snowed on the mountain tops! But what a gorgeous backdrop!

No idea why the xmas tree decor is up when xmas is still more than 2 month's away. C'est bizarre...
